A well equipped, fully air-conditioned, equal-opportunity-learning kitchen laboratory outfitted with the latest in kitchenware, providing a spacious venue for our students to learn the ins-and-outs of both culinary arts and baking & pastry arts. Designed to house four individual chef stations, each station is equipped with a set of modern kitchen equipment and tools that can accommodate a maximum of 4 students.

A multimedia equipped lecture facility where students learn the theoretical aspects of the craft.
Abundantly stocked with select ingredients and top-of-the-line kitchen tools and equipments, the pantry is divided into two sections or areas, one that houses select ingredients imported directly from European countries and local ingredients sourced from our native land. The other area stores various kitchen tools and equipment for use in the kitchen laboratory.
An emergency first-aid clinic is conveniently located inside the Institute’s Restaurant to attend to students immediate medical needs. Registered nurses and physicians are on-board for prompt treatment of minor injuries or sickness.
