Backed by 70 years of excellence in the fields of culinary arts and food service that has made the Aristocrat Restaurant a historical and cultural icon in the Philippines, we now stand at the forefront of a new era with the launching of The Culinary Institute of Aristocrat (CIA). Born out of our passion to produce globally competent chefs, CIA boasts of having, among others, a highly skilled faculty composed of distinguished chefs and industry practitioners whose aim is to impart to our students the highest standards of education that will help propel our graduates to the top of their chosen profession.

We aim to provide a holistic and interactive learning environment by teaching students practical methodologies in culinary arts, combining an ideal balance of theories, guided hands-on application, and internship in our fully equipped lecture halls, laboratories, and kitchens. Within our training facilities, students will learn to prepare culinary masterpieces in quantity, and develop the necessary skills that will elevate them to a higher level of professional fulfillment.

Our extensive experience in our restaurants for the past seven decades has awakened in us a sense of social responsibility of passing on to the next generation of culinary artists the secrets of the craft.
