I came to The Culinary Institute of Aristocrat expecting to learn the science behind cooking and hoping to know more about the craft. Before my enrollment, the only experience I had was to cook for my family and friends. They’d all leave the table happy, but I knew there was more to what I was doing than I knew. FIRST DAY PALANG, I GOT NA WHAT I WANTED! Imagine what else I got during the succeeding 11 sessions. I got my money’s worth, and them some! MARAMING SALAMAT to our teachers and to the administration staff. Keep up the excellent work!
