My learning experience here at The Culinary Institute of Aristocrat has been a wonderful experience. Being an HRM graduate of a reputable university, I was able to compare their teaching methods, not only with that of my alma mater, but with the hotels and restaurants that I have trained in as well. Here they provide very good hands-on training, a great team of faculty trainers, and an almost complete set of tools and equipments in a fully air-conditioned kitchen laboratory. The Chef Instructors were very helpful and approachable as well. I enrolled in this program with the aim of just refreshing my knowledge and skills, but I achieved better than that. I was able to learn more things in the 6 weeks that I spent here.
